We have been manually placing each name into the healing circle via a simple email. To place one or more names or a Family name into the circle, please list their first name and preferrably their full last name. If you prefer for them to remain annonymous, then give the first initial of their last name. If you are putting the name of a family in. Just put one first name and the last name of the family in: ie: Steven Sloan Family. Because adding and deleting names manually to keep the names current requires a great deal of time, we are designing a user friendly database, In the near future, when our new database is completed, you will be asked to type in your email address. The entry will not be processed without an email address.

Upon proper entry of the name(s) and email, the entry will automatically be posted. You must enter an email address for every new entry. Every three months you will be notified and asked if you wish to keep the name(s) active. There will be a link that takes you to a page online whereby you can check yes to activate the listing for another 3 months or no to remove it. If you need to change your email address, you can do so at this time. you will go to a link that will update the status.

If, however, you no longer can be reached at the same email address that is linked to the healing circle name you posted, the name will automatically be removed. This is to keep the circle current and manageable. We know you understand.

In the next few weeks, you will receive another notice indicating that our new healing circle database is completed. It will give you an opportunity to update and keep the names in the circle for as long as you wish. In this way, we will no longer have to manually upload the names and when you feel it is time to remove them, the database will do so as per your directions. Click here
