You Cannot Escape From Yourself

Try as you may, you cannot get away from yourself. Leaving one lousy job or situation, without addressing the self-identity that brought about the lousy job or situation in the first place only brings about another lousy job or situation to feel victimized by. You can't get away from your-self. Leaving one 'stinko' relationship, without addressing the self-identity that brought about the 'stinko' relationship in the first place only brings about another 'stinko' relationship to feel dissatisfied with. You cannot get away from yourself.

Going from one biz opportunity to another with little or no success, without addressing the self-identity that brings about 'less than desired successes', only brings about more of the same-o, same-o. You cannot get away from yourself.

Isaac Newton's revolutionary discovery that 'for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction' is right up there with the revolutionary invention of the wheel. What a great time and energy saver it is to go directly to the cause (self-identity) to improve life's conditions than it is to try (unsuccessfully) to figure out how to make someone or something change to your advantage.

Of course, because of hypnotic conditioning, the illusion of 'victimhood' and 'helplessness? can look and feel so real, it is not unusual to be fooled into thinking that the illusion is real.

However, we are here to be 'illusion busters'.

Busted any illusions lately?

Happy trails,
Harvey
