Dislodging The Chains

Circus elephants when they are not performing are kept from roaming around free by one end of a metal chain that is tied around one of the elephants hind legs with the other end of the chain attached to a stake that is sunk two feet into the ground. Even though the elephant, the largest and strongest land animal in the world is more than powerful enough to free himself with just a slight tug of the chain to lift the stake, the elephant remains a captive to the equivalent of a toothpick. How come?

Here's how come.

When a baby elephant is brought into captivity his hind leg is shackled to a chain attached to a stake that is driven two feet into the ground. The baby elephant is not yet strong enough to pull the stake out of the ground try and try as he may. Pretty soon the baby elephant stops trying, never to try again. Even after he grows stronger and is more than capable to free himself..........he never tries again. Living the rest of his days believing he is helpless. Bummer!

Not unlike what happens when someone stops trying to overcome their own sense of helplessness or gives up their dream for greater success and fulfillment because of their conviction they are weaker than they really are. There is one reason and one reason only for not living life out of your highest ideals doing and being what you love to do and be in the most delicious, delightful and prosperous way. And that reason is not circumstances, other people, the president or whomever or whatever.

That reason is;

You bought into a bill of goods from the past that chained you to false ideas about yourself. You bought into it hook, line and "thinker". You were successfully conditioned to believe you are powerless in someway or other. Like the elephant you were hypnotized to believe you are much less than you really are.

Here is your assignment:
With a ball point pen, draw a happy face on the inside of your thumb.Two dots for the eyes, a smile for the mouth.

With as much conviction as you can muster, say the following:

TODAY I WILL REMEMBER I'M NOT A PRISONER OF THE PAST AND

FREE MY FULL POTENTIAL, THAT'S THE SPELL THAT I NOW CAST.

Look at your thumb during the course of the day. It will cause you to reflect on an idea that dislodges habits of lack.

Should you decide to accept this assignment, don't be surprised to find yourself questioning and thereby making vulnerable any idea or suggestion that implies you are less than your infinite nature.Your tenacity to challenge ideas from the past that habitually limit you dehypnotizes you from those ideas. As a matter of fact, you can expect it. Wanna bet?

Today I Will Remember

TODAY I WILL REMEMBER I'M NOT A PRISONER OF THE PAST AND

FREE MY FULL POTENTIAL, THAT'S THE SPELL THAT I NOW CAST.
